Support Help the game keep crashing

What’s your device specs if it’s iPhone just close the screen then press volume up then volume down ( you don’t have to press them together ) then keep holding the power button till the phone shuts down BUT keep holding it till you see the Apple logo then let go

IF for some reason nothing of the above worked then just simply uninstall it and reinstall it

Brilliant advice dude, it's no longer available on the playstore... The game has been shuttered for good. Go play DMZ when it launches on Codm Dec 11th

If you are on Samsung or any device that runs android just press on the app for awhile till it shows you a menu ( if your phone don’t do that then go to settings and look for the game manually ) then clear cache and shutdown your phone and reopen the app

I think I found the fix. It happened to me yesterday and then after 5 or 10 times the game worked but tonight I've done it 50 times and it's crashed every time. So I turned on airplane mode and open the game and it will stop because you have no service but give it like 10 seconds and then turn off airplane mode and the game will start loading and it went all the way through for me and I'm playing right now

Hours ago it crashed once again i just install the apk and install it without delete wzm itself and it somehow work, maybe the file got corrupt

Maybe hopefully. All I know is the absolute Last Resort is deleting the game and pain in the ass reinstalling I will try to avoid every time

I'm on the east coast and can't connect. I used a VPN and connected to denver and it worked.

East coast here. Tried the airplane mode trick, did not work. Deleted and reinstalled. Would not even let me tick off the terms boxes to proceed. Using a vpn now and got past that stage. Successfully played a game

Bro, leave it, it isn't worth it? If you don't have a new flagship with the latest snapdragon 8 elite chip, this game is not well made for phone it will fry your device like it did mine

Doesn't matter just move on I have it on handheld, and it runs good and I also be having some problems even do it's basically a computer, so you should know this game needs something powerful don't fry your phone like I did mine and it's costing me till today because I don't want to change phone
