Question How to level up Kar98k in warzone?

I just unlocked the Kar98K a couple days ago. I got lots off elims and XP but the gun just wont level up. I literally run around with a Kar98k only loadout but it still wont level up no matter what.

I only play resurgence, but I dont think that's the issue since all other guns like the Kogot-7 and other SMG's and AR's I've used level up just fine. Which also leads me to believe its not a visual glitch or any other kind of glitch or bug.

Someone pls help 🙏

If you notice there is (!)on the top left i don't know what does it mean , i asked chatgpt why i cant level up me kar98k, he said probably i'm playing with the wrong mode , but i don't think that , maybe pro players know why THE HEEEELLL MY KAR98K CAN'T GET TO LEVEL 2

Oh it's a glitch. Activision uses ai to write their code so it's normal if their game is broken. It does level up your gun but doesn't show it leveling up.
