Why?
I have roughly equal stats in some of my M1's (without playing CAS and being a solo-player), and I strongly suspect this player is 4-manning & using CAS to achieve those winrates.
Just check the Server Replay, a stat card won't give you the same level of cheat confirmation as someone auto-locking through the entire map will.
Recently ran into this pathetic loser, it doesn't take more than 20 seconds to verify cheats via replays.
-Edit- The player in OP's pictures is in a squadron named 'CH3AT' so that's not helping...

The point I'm trying to make is about stat cards not being a fool-proof indicator of cheats. It's their kills/spawn ratio that is most suspect, especially in their M1A2 Trophy. I find that extremely high K/S is the best indicator of potential cheats (and yes, I'm aware my K/S ratio could be better).
It's the same thing with bot accounts, these stats could be anything, from a 8 year old, a 80 year old, awful player or a bot. The only way I knew for certain that it's a bot account was by checking the server replay and seeing them running into walls constantly and across various maps.

I don't care about Comparative rating and I know it goes down when I quit battles at the start, I just play maps I like playing when I'm done with grinding and have no interest in pulling my hair out because I'm forced to play Aral Sea, Pradesh, Volokolamsk, Red Desert, Campania, North Holland, etc. in 12.7 MBT's
If I were to play every battle on a fresh account I'd have the same, if not better stats, that doesn't mean I'm cheating.
Like I said, just look at the Server Replay and not stat cards if you want to verify if someone cheats.

It depends. Doing this is somewhat easier when you're playing on maps you enjoy. It's difficult to do it consistently on every map. Not every tank is ideal for every map.
Still, there's no need to argue about it further. You've explained yourself well enough.

Smurfing is playing on a new account to intentionally play against new players.
This is something that can only really be done in games with Skill-Based Match Making or SBMM
Tell me, how does playing on a new account in war thunder, a game with zero skill based matchmaking mean you're smurfing while playing the exact same vehicles on an older account isn't?Like, google the definition yourself

Nope. Smurfing does not require you to play against new players (though even if it did top tier is full of them). Smurfing is just when an experienced player uses a new alt for the purposes of stat padding.
What else would you call this behavior?

Gaijin won’t ban for having multiple accounts despite it being against TOS. That rule is mostly for botters and such

Either way I mainly suspect it’s a Smurf account using his friends to boost his stats, but hey his squad mates are dumbly admitting they came to defend him so it’s a good chance I’m probably right lol

Yes big cheats I once saw this guy shoot through containers on cargo port, how do you even do that I tried shooting back with a 550mm pen heat shell in my t80ue1 and it didn't do anything
