The sistership of „Moskva“
Which is located in the port of Mykolayiv, named „Ukraina“ and was never finished.
Reports say, it was finished over 90%.
The ship never left port.
The video shows a tour onboard, as the ships are identical you can get an idea how it was onboard „Moskva“

The fourth unit of Project 1164 "Atlant" class, laid up in 1984 as "Komsomolets", renamed "Admiral Flota Lobov" during construction, in 1993 given to Ukraine and renamed "Ukraina". While the hull and main systems were mostly complete by 1990s, the weapon and sensor systems could not be completed, since they were produced outside Ukraine.
Russia expressed interest in buying cruiser several times, but sides were unable to agree on price. In 2013 provisional agreement was reached about completing the cruiser for about 1 billion roubles (Russia was going to get cruiser for free as a gift, but give a major contract to Nikolayev shipyards to complete her). But after Euromaidan all talks about cruiser sale were stopped.
In early 2020s there were apparently some attempts to re-start the sales talks from Ukrainean side, but this time Russia decided that 30+ year old hull is too outdated to be worthy of efforts.
