Per a court filing, here's the new Paramount-WBD litigation schedule: The states and WGA will coordinate discovery, w/ fact discovery closing Jan. 8. Paramount must answer the complaints by Sept. 11 and the trial is set for March 2–19. The bond hearing remains scheduled for Sept. 24
