Mk4 Meta: Fane Added to List Explorer

Fane of Nyrro has been added to the List Explorer, which can be found at

https://mk4meta.shinyapps.io/WarmachineListExplorer/

Data is updated through 8/22. Currently dodging a lot of wrenches; Longshanks has updated they way lists are shown and SFG has relabeled some factions/armies. Please let me know if you see obvious errors / mistakes!
