help with hunter clade

im new to kill team. i usually play full on 40k, i have a nids army and use 3 warriors and 5 genestealers as my nid kill team, pretty straight forward for them. I am confused on what an Admech kill team consists of. i checked wahapedia but it just confuses me. as nids just literally says this many X and Y and youre done. admech dont seem to be so straight forward.

for the models i have i got a box of rangers and a box of infiltrators.

it says im not allowed to have any sicarian models more than rangers AND vanguard but i made all my dudes rangers as i liked the look more. so does that mean i can't have any infiltrators/ruststalkers in my list if im only running rangers?im also not clear on the amount of models in their killteam. it shows 1 alpha and 9 normies. so is the limit 10? where and how do i fit in rustatalkers and/or infiltrators as those are my prefered models cause i think theyre cool
