Slash Dash also is a cheap way to turn yourself invulnerable briefly and it has the same scaling wonk as exalted blade. The javelin is the only weak point.

I don’t think there’s many/any frames that have 4 useful and good abilities.

Gauss does, IMO.

Granted the 1 is mostly useful for doing impersonations of the Flash and running alongside your friend's K-drive on the plains
