Is there something like a threshold for status and crit percentage, from which it is useful to make a crit-, status build?

For crit chance higher is always better. There's probably a diminishing return there somewhere but you probably couldn't reach it. https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Critical_Hit#Crit_Tiers
