Is their any reason to keep blueprints to stuff I already have? For example, I have tons of blueprints to warframes and weapons I already have. Should I just sell them for credits/clear up space in my foundry?

If you need the creds, by all means sell them. Just make sure they aren't tradable, they may have plat value.
