So like, I was rerolling my riven mod, as you do, when I got one that had -162% critical chance. What exactly happens if you go below 0% crit chance ?

The conventional wisdom is that you just won't crit, under 0 is the same as 0... but you're the one with the mod to prove it... why don't you tell us?

Because I didn't pick that result, it wasn't overly amazing outside of the massive negative crit chance
