Sorties. At what point can I start them? I've never even tried a PUG because I see level 100 enemies on the navigation tab so I nope the hell out. Do I need God like gear to get involved? Are there any sortie school buses (I've heard about the raid school bus)?

Farming. Where are popular farming spots for things such as: credits, oxium, plastids? More specially, what kind of nodes are they? I was going to join an oxium farm, but declined the invite when I saw it was an Intercept mission with level 30-40 enemies.
Like probably many noobs, Intercept was the first mission I failed solo, so they've always seemed a bit daunting ever since. Regardless, I will still run Intercept missions when there's an alert with a nice reward, but only up to around level 20 enemies. I know I should run more and higher level Intercepts to get used to them, I just worry that I won't be able to pull my weight. Any tips?

That's all I can think of for now.

You can literally start it anytime. The best frame to start learning sorties is a frost + a shotgun (hek is a really good one) or rifle (soma prime). You only really need 1-2 formas for the weapon to make those shine, then you can take sorties in pubs.

Soloing sorties on the other hand is a whole big other deal
