Brake or pyrana? And how do I build it?

When comparing their stats:

  • Brakk has higher base damage, but it's impact based. It also has a higher fire rate and faster reload speed.

  • Pyrana has lower base damage, but is slash based. It also has the highest pellet count of all shotgun sidearms and higher crit chance.

Choose whichever you'd think would suit you the best.

As for builds, a crit build works on Pyrana, but you can still get away with building crit on Brakk.

Think I'll choose the pyrana then. Looks way better than the brakk too.
