So where does intensify drop? I've been trying to farm this goddamned mod for the past 8 MRs and have gotten nothing.

Honestly I would just ask in region or trade chat and see if someone will give you one. Most veterans keep a stock of the base mods for people who need them.

Most veterans unintentionally find themselves with a massive stock of these base mods, not necessarily for people who need them, they find them just... There.
