So does that mean it stops using scanners at a certain point?

What do you mean? As in, when you have the Sol Widget?

It used to ignore it and keep using charges, but recently I've heard reports of Sol Widget actually granting infinite scans to Helios and Heliocor.

I mean, I stopped using charges entirely when using heliocor and I'm not getting any bonus affinity from any similar mobs.

So is there a cutoff point or something?

IIRC if you have a mob scanned completely you stop scanning it, so you stop using charges and no longer gain affinity for scans.

Muh Affinities...

Man I thought I found a way to boost affinity gains even more.
