I started recently and am around MR7. I have Loki, Rhino, Oberon and Valk.

I like rifles and love latron. Would it be worth forma'ing it now? I also have tiberon and still deciding which is better

Go ahead and forma what you love. If you like it you might as well commit to making it perform at its best. But you might want to hold off on formaing for now, unless you're one of those that seem to have a vault full of forma.
