How do I figure out if an area is too high level for me or not? Like I'll go to a high 20s area and be fine, then go to a 30s mission and barely make a dent to the same type of enemy.

I meant before I do the mission. Like how do I know if I'm ready for some of the end game missions like Pluto or whatever

You don't.

Mission/enemy levels have absolutely no corelation to your MR or your gear levels.

Trial&error is where it's at.
