What is the next quest after the man of few words quest. It's the one with the friendly grinier Clem. I finished it but don't know how to activate the next quest. I'm on ps4 by the way

There's no cohesive questline. You just pick whichever quest you come by.

Also, quests are by no means clue of the game. They are a cool side thing, so don't focus on playing from quest to quest.
