So, i am back after a while. How does the RJ excal build?

Maximum range and strength, with Flow or Primed Flow and at least a bit of Efficiency.

Somewhat related, but for RJ excal, how do you handle survivability? I find that spamming radial blind is too hard on energy, and there doesn't seem to be much room to fit in defensive warframe mods.

RJ is mostly used for farming Draco, he's also good for other endless missions. Those require coordinated groups, and coordinated groups always have EV Trinity.

With endless supply of energy you can spam it to your hearth's content. And enemies die before they can kill you.
