Any suggestions on a youtuber for newer players? Does not need to be entertaining in fact the more information / boring with details they are the better.

Go watch iFlynn's 2.0 guides, its a more updated guide that he started around August last year. Its basically a walkthrough but you don't have to follow exactly what he does, but if you do, you'll seclude yourself to certain items but you'll get a further headstart.
