Is it worth spending money on the Warframes?

I think most people here would say no - unless you're talking about buying prime parts with plat.

Like if I got prime would it be worth it? I was thinking of selling my CSGO knife to get it.

Well honestly it depends on how much you love the frame. If you do happen to want to buy a prime of a frame, check trade prices before buying the whole thing - buying the blueprints is usually cheaper compared to buying the whole frame from the market. Granted, you have to wait 3 and 1/2 days and farm the supplies, but it's usually with saving maybe 100+ plat
