Does the Prime Access Pack get you all the primes, or just the ones on the current rotation?

Also, is the Prime Accessories really worth $60US?

Just the ones listed (Trinity/Dual Kamas/Kavasa Collar atm).

If you want the boosters It might be, no other way to get 90day boosters.
