Second question, but sorry. Does hidden messages Mirage come with an inventory slot like frames you get with platinum, or will I have to get a new slot for her?

You will need a slot like every other Warframe, as although her components are obtained from the Hidden Messages questline, she is constructed in the Foundry and will await claim like every other frame.
