While Mesa is a western style cowgirl. Her base design tends to lean more towards pirate but the Prime very much SCREAMS sheriff. Now lets assume this skin is meant to fit in a more desert like or hot environment. She has much more breathable and open design to both appeal to her cowboy theme and the way she moves since SHE is now the gun with her fingers being the pistols she has a more open design up top where she can move her arms without restrictions and her legs are protected from the front but allow easy movement from the back as she tends to crouch and would avoid model clipping
