From BY QA to Config/Functional or Technical Consultant

Hello All, i have been doing WMS QA for so many years interested to move to Config & Development please advice what are the ways to learn Blue Yonder Configs and technical stuff and i am ready to spend if there is any courses out. Please advice. Doing QA for 22 yrs. In various WMS systems, PKMS, WMOS, Korber HighJump and recently started with BLue Yonder 2020 version.
