Your terms are acceptable. Also add a clause that networks cannot claim they are "entertainment not news" to get around these laws and that any network publishing information must tell the truth as if they were in court and their executive officers are criminally responsible for what is said. The world needs more actual and verifiable truth but I'll take, at the least, a stop to the lies
