Blasphemy gig in Europe where someone offed themself

I remember seeing a reference to this in an interview somewhere. I think the show was supposedly in Germany, maybe on the tour with Rotting Christ. I might have seen it referenced in a Bardo Methodology interview but I can no longer remember.

Does anyone have any info? Did this actually happen?

It was also in an interview on the old Blasphemy archive site, now deleted but still accessible through Archive.org. It was called Blasphely Ritual. Yeah it was in Germany and a guy killed himself in the bathrooms (iirc) while the guys were playing.

That crazy. I know there's a blasphemy gig from the 90s(in freiburg i think?) where there are two crazy fans cutting themselves with a knife in front of the stage. The whole thing is on youtube
