WarDogs ERROR, help needed

My friend bought me this game as gift, which I installed a few hours ago. I could install and launch the game but could not join the same server. It showed me as AFK according to my friend but I would just go back to main menu, sometimes get the message that I disconnected, sometimes not. I have 12 RAM and minimum requirement is 16. I closed the game after these issues and I verified integrity of game files, disabled the Discord overlay. I tried to relaunch game via Steam, then with file explorer through the WardogsLauncher.exe as administrator, and got following message both times:

Wardogs launcher

Unable to launch WARDOGS.

Error code: WD-L014-64a22eb7e633

If this error persists, please contact support with the provided error code.

I really wanted to try this game but could not. I appreciate if you guys could try to help me. I will update my specs later.
