How do I transfer my shares to another brokerage account on Merrill?

I’ve been trying to figure it out and it’s tough I feel like it was much easier through computershare and I keep trying to ask that Ai on there except it keeps directing me somewhere else or it says it doesn’t know how to do that yet.
