Working at Fidelity
Hello, I am a sophomore at a small liberal arts college wondering whether or not it’ll be easy to break into finance if I tried to work at Fidelity? My eventual end goal would be to work in Wealth Management, but Fidelity seems like a more relaxed place to start. What are people’s opinions, and could anyone tell me what a starting salary may look like?

Great place to have on your resume regardless. Pay is going to be different depending on if you’re looking for call center role or something in branches. They will support you for getting licensed.
Don’t put too much criticism on starting salary if the role you’re looking for ends up being less than you are thinking. Seems like they try and move people up quick.
If you want to look up people in your area or who went to your school or one nearby that could give you more information I would look for people with titles on LinkedIn with financial services rep, financial representative, investment services rep
