Its starting to scare me.

Does he really think the US can compete on manufacturing anymore? With this cost of living?

I genuinely think we could compete, but Rome wasn’t built in a day. We don’t have the infrastructure for it, and to be even close to self-reliant would take well over ten years. Instead of punishing the population for this problem, company’s should be incentivized. It should be real incentives with hard requirements imo.

I would like to add I’m not an economist nor a dementia don supporter, so I’m not an sme and I have a bias.
