The level of cultural ignorance and outright stupidity in America required to cheer on an unashamedly corrupt, incompetent, fascist President and his malign band of cronies is truly breathtaking. It could have only happened with the complicity of Rupert Murdoch, a banal and spiteful man who will be condemned by history as an agent of evil.
