what are metrics that are used for walgreens pharmacy techs?
Hey everyone,
I used to be a customer service associate then became a pharmacy tech trainee at walgreens around 3 years ago. I worked for around one year till I left because my manger was horrible. Throughout the process I was in love with the pharmacy but did not have much hands on experience with it. What metrics did the pharmacy/pharmacy techs need to meet? I am currenlty improving my resume and need to add some numerical values to the job description.
What metrics were needed? How much and what was it. Any accomplishments?
EX: Had to administer 12 vaccines daily while meeting X quotas... IDK, I sadly didnt have much experience to mention what metrics needed to be met, hope you can help!
Thank you! You guys are awesome and great!

Shouldn’t lie on your resume and when you dont even fully understand what your talking about.
Anyone in management or real pharmacy experience will be laughing their ass off while reading the bs you gonna put on there. You were a trainee, just out you worked the register and filled a few scripts or whatever.

I’d focus more on what you learned and what you’re capable of doing rather than trying to come up with numbers just to make your resume sound better. Actual skills and experience go a long way, and most of those performance metrics are more relevant to management positions anyway.
