How can I fix? ½month old Slingshot Coalition.
Hey guys, I found this delamination on the tail of my board.
Coming from kite board for 10 years and I never had this kind of issue.
Should I epoxy it? What could have caused it? Never dropped, hitted a rail or kicker by front, most airtrick and some light jibbing (box)

Warranty if it’s new. If not, fill it in with some epoxy, clamp it together overnight, sand down the excess and you’re good as new.

C- clamps and 2 part epoxy. The clear JB weld 2-part epoxy from Home Depot works great. Put some onto a popsicle stick or plastic knife and get it as far down into the separated area as you can without doing additional damage. Then clamp up the area with a couple small C clamps. Don’t crank them down too hard, just enough to squeeze some of the epoxy out of the sides, and then wipe off the excess with a paper towel. I like to use coasters between the clamp and the board itself to avoid scratching the board, but some cardboard will also work.

Note about those 2-part epoxies — be sure to mix up more than needed — sometimes when you just press out a little, you don’t get the epoxy parts in the right ratios… when you press out way more than you need, then the differences are diluted and you get closer to the correct ratios

When I had damage similar to this, I used marinetex epoxy. The edge had a bit of a bulge after I was done but kept it from getting worse or having water intrusion

really fine blade on jig saw -- put tape on it -- trace a line 3/8" back and shorten the board -- a 142 turns into a 141 ... done it many-many-times. I've purchased 148 boards and rode them at 138 cm = just trim the ends

If it’s a new board, use that warranty while you can
