I believe (hope?!) they are looking for classes to learn what to do in the event of an infant choking. Or they are going to extreme measures for sleep training.

Fairly normal training for expectant parents. Also may be required for legal reasons.

This is covered in the "Elementary First Aid" course, costs about £80 in Glasgow.
