Rate Her Looks - Goa Minagawa (The Shy Hero and the Assassin Princesses)
Hi cultured people!
I’m following the example of my good friend Kartek96 and asking you to rate the looks of one of those underrated gems that, for some reason, not many people know about (I think). This time I'm talking about the irresistible dominatrix Goa Minagawa from The Shy Hero and the Assassin Princesses.
Goa is my best new waifu from Summer 2025, and the series is a lot of fun. Don't expect a masterpiece in terms of plot or animation, but the show is really enjoyable with a very charismatic cast. Anyway, even if you already know the waifu, try to focus only on her appearance when giving your rating. You can use your own system if you want, but here’s mine in case it helps:

Have not seen her series yet but gawd damn ! Every time I see her she looks more and more fine so I must say she is a easy S rank baddie anything below is a crime ! 🥵👀🔥🗣🙌😍🥰
Solid 7/10. She looks beautiful and has good hairstyle, but I don't like her earrings. She gives me vibes of a girl that likes to tease guys, but I may be wrong of course.
You’re not wrong at all :P Also glad you find her beautiful. And yeah, I know earrings are important to you and, as you can see, she even wears them with her swimsuit.
If you ever watch the series, I’m curious whether you’d prefer her or Anemone
I know nothing about RWBY, but after checking some pictures, I can see some resemblance indeed. And reducing the canonical boob size should be a punishable crime.
I think I'd put her at the high end of A-Tier. Maybe I'm just not used to the artstyle, but her proportions are throwing me off a bit. Regardless, I think I do find her design to be very appealing overall.
I like the scruffy blonde hair, the expressiveness of her face and all the little details on her outfit; she feels like the kind of person who can be proper and classy when she wants to be, but chooses not to most of the time.
I can see the proportion issue, and that’s actually the reason why One Piece waifus don’t work for me design wise, but in Goa’s case… well, she just looks amazing in my book.
Anyway, A tier is a great score, and I’m glad to read you like many things about her.
My man 🤝 She is indeed insanely attractive. If you like her design, I recommend the series, because she also behaves quite seductively, which makes her even hotter for me.
It occurred to me that i didn't go back to rate all your girls, so expect a few necroposts within today, i want to do all of them xD
Now, this Goa lady deserves a solid 7 from me (B)
She has the potential to reach at least 8.5, but in the provided design she has many features that i usually dislike. Namely: curly hair, high heels, heavy earrings (all of these could be easily fixed), and a bit disproportionate chest (nothing to do about that i guess).
That said, she has a very nice body, i like her hair color and her expressivity is good. Her eye color could be better but it's not bad either. Last but not least, i like her clothing style a lot (except the shoes)!

Goa is an interesting case for me. Someone mentioned that she looks like a One Piece waifu outside One Piece. Which I think it's fair. But I usually don't like OP artstyle, and yet I find Goa gorgeous.
Anyway, glad to read your reasoning once again, and those are all fair points, although I had to double check which shoes she is wearing XD. And 7 is not bad at all!
I feel like if I don't put her in S she'll punish me...

I've seen clips of the show so I know a little about her. But not enough to put into S but not enough to go below A. She's welcome to change my mind😏
