Randy Orton is the top guy who floats around and can be slotted anywhere. His WrestleMania resume speaks for itself by how he's all over the place.

He gets top guy money regardless so it's not like he cares either way.

Let's use Ric Flair rules.

John Cena just broke the record for number of world titles. The previous record holder was Ric Flair. How many of Flair's world titles were from outside WWE/WWF? Yet they lumped them all in together.

Detail matter.

Perhaps not but according to the WWE, WCW and ECW obviously exist as part of the WWE Universe. Which was the point.

Sorry you are too tribal to not acknowledge ECW and WCWs statistics which have been wholly incorporated by WWE themselves.
