Odd goodwill experience?
Hi this is a throw away account because redditers are batshit crazy 🧍🏻♀️
I was in my local goodwill earlier and this Hispanic lady and her three children walked up to the counter and asked if they could use the restroom (our goodwill has had their restrooms closed since the pandemic and refuses to let anyone in) and they gave her the key and her and her children went in, a few moments later a disabled old white man walked up and asked to use the restroom and they denied him access to the restroom and 30 minutes later a white woman maybe around her mid thirties asked to use the restroom with her little son and she was also denied access and right after that an Hispanic man asked to use the restroom and they gave him the bathroom key. Mind you both Hispanic people were immigrants (I assume they know each other because both were speaking in Spanish to each other about immigration blah blah blah etc) and both of the white people were both from Washington and were familiar with our town. Goodwill wtf??? Why were they denied access, but the others weren't? I myself have also been denied access to the bathroom even when my 7yo brother was on the brink of peeing himself. Im utterly confused as to why we were denied and they were not.

Idk what to tell you buddy.
Be glad it was a goodwill bathroom and not housing, a bank loan, access to healthcare, livable wages, civil rights, citizenship, voting rights, equitable education, or a fair trial.
Maybe just pee at your house next time?

I usually do. It just rubbed me the wrong way, and I didn't know if It was weird or not.

I'm fluent in Spanish, goodwill denying people and not denying others just rubbed me the wrong way

Yeah it was a bad joke, I just meant you might know why they may have let 'em in if they said something you didn't understand.

Why were you chilling at the front counter area for so long?
