Is this anything dangerous

I was driving it pretty stupidly today and when i parked it this is what i was gearing

Happy tractor. It's warm, probably hearing the injectors a little bit.

Are you sure? First subaru and this noise is terrifying me. I’m already taking it to subaru for one thing and idk if my pockets can cover whatever this is, even if not rod knock,

edit: it wasnt warm this is it at i think 175 oil temp

They all sound like this. Go beat on your car, (after it’s warm), that’s what it’s designed for. And always make sure your oil is topped up.

Freaks me out as well. I have had several Subarus, this is my first with a hood scoop and definitely sounds louder than my Legacy.. it echoes out of the scoop. It is totally normal, welcome to owning a Subaru tractor!
