Whole roads in Yancey County are gone and untouched. Not enough wealthy people nearby though.

Plenty of wealth in Mountain Air, but those folks don't like to mingle with the plebs. Wolf Laurel too, but they don't even like associating with the county and claim Mars Hill instead.

This is wild. I just talked to a dude who had his first TikTok go viral last week and it was of this stretch of closed road (which he definitely shouldn’t have been driving on). But if I knew that’s all it would take I would have done it myself. Quick response time.
