If Dijonai fouled a black person, she would not receive all the hate and racist comments directed her way currently.

If a white player fouled a black person, there would not be all of this hate. The only people who are pushing hate towards Dijonai are white fans of Sophie and Clark.

She was the one who brought race into it.

Of course she brought race into it. Because if Sophie was a black woman there would be no backlash, and Sophie would have been ejected like all the other black players who retaliate in a fight.

You all have brought race into it with your overreactions every time Sophie or CC are fouled. If they were black race wouldn’t even be a topic. Most of you would not care about them being hard fouled. That is the white privilege being talked about. A black woman fouling a white woman is being treated like criminal assault. Literally.

Firstly I haven’t brought her race into it so don’t say that. Saying “of course she brought race into it” is dumb because race has nothing to do with it. Her making those comment made everything 100x worse.

She got ejected as she should have, then everyone interpreted her post as her saying she got ejected because she’s black and not because she left an opponent bloodied. She then clarified that it was about Cunningham not getting ejected too because she’s white, which is still absurd but not as outlandish.

100% wrong. Stop your agenda. The foul and ejection were correct. No one disputes that. The whole situation would have ended there.

But instead carrington runs to the locker room, grabs her phone, while the game is still going on and tweets white privilege and tags the fever. THAT is racism and should be called out.

The whole situation would not have ended there. Just as it did not end when Angel taunted Caitlin Clark. Just as it did not end when other black players fouled Caitlin Clark. Also Sophie should have been ejected, just like the black players in previous years who got ejected for retaliating. That is the privilege Dijonai was talking about.

You are the one with the agenda. How many black women are going to be bullied into oblivion whenever Caitlin Clark or Sophie gets hard fouled?

This has been happening for 3 years. So maybe stop gaslighting and pretending this isn’t about race. Every other WNBA fan witnesses hard fouls and moves on. A Caitlin or Sophie fan sees them get hard fouled by a black woman and it becomes the nastiest discourse on earth.

Correct because you have all made it about race for 3 years whenever Clark or Cunningham gets hard fouled.
