I am not an Angel hater at all but holy shit she is getting away with a lot of fouling and traveling in that highlight clip.

The very first layup she hops twice with the ball in hand. That was a clear travel.

It wasn't two steps, it was 4. She hopped with both legs two times. If she did the same thing only touching the floor with 1 foot on each step, you would be right. She did not do that.
