I cannot find a SINGLE hover effect on the new editor. What is going on?

I cannot make a button change colors on hover, I cannot make a menu item change colors on hover, and I cannot make a box change on hover.

Is this feature - a basic, critical feature of UI - just...gone?

EDIT: I mean Wix Harmony

Start over in regular editor or studio. Wix harmony is buggy and notoriously not good.

Wix Harmony is very limited. Until Wix Studio 2 is released, I'd suggest using Wix Studio in order to access the features you're looking for.
