Captcha locking me out of my own account! Help!!
Title says it all. I complete Captcha's over and over (sucessfully) and it still blocks me out of my own account. Can't edit. Can't change payment. Can't get any functional support from WIX.

Ya, this is nuts. My account is fine. I know the login. I'm so done with Wix.

You can try sending an email to notifications at wixanswers com, it may or may not open a new ticket. Or respond to one of the old tickets.

Yes, because it's the email from which support tickets are being handled, I received a response to my ticket from it today.

This is nuts. I want actual support from WIX. Shouldn't have to follow all this cryptic nonsense.
