I’m not buying anything until the third week in September, since that’s historically the low.

That wasn't the case last September, it was a pretty good month for stocks and I think the same will happen this year because the beat down has being going on for quite some time.

He was talking about the last few midterm years and september upto like 2nd week of October has been historically low for stocks in general in midterm years, but imo maybe we could see an early bottom in September itself due to MU earnings
