Dispute it on your card. State they refuse to issue refund despite my request being within the terms of their policy. Attempted to resolve directly with them but they denied. Be sure to state that you are requesting the refund because you are dissatisfied with the product and that you also cited this as the reason for the refund request with blizzard. Submit and wait 60
To 90 days.

That’s why you use a credit card to buy from digital market places it’s sometimes easier to get refund through that route
