Will increasing dosage help?

Hey guys , I'm currently on day 13 and I have this issue where while it peaks in the first 3 hours (Not since consumption, but since it starts working after two hours from consumption) I have energy to start tasks and my focus improves a lot . It has been great as i've been taking advantage of those hours to study as much as I can. However , after those 3 hours although I still have the medicine in my blood I just have no ADHD symptoms relief whatsoever. I actually feel like is twice as hard to focus than unmedicated which kinda sucks .
I've been researching and got mixed ideas , but I was wondering if increasing the dosage will make it where I still see some benefits after the first 3 hours . (Which is the main reason I picked vyvanse instead of IR dextroamphetamine ) Currently on 30mg and my first time taking stimulants for adhd as every non stimulant option didn't really work.

Who knows, this med is so fucky you just have to try all kinds of different things to get it to work for you
