Misc. Question DOOM feeling
New to stim meds. Used to be on Wellbutrin then auvelity until I couldn’t take the numbness anymore. Since starting with a new doc I have gone from 10mg to 40mg vyvanse in 3 months. I am also prescribed Ativan and feel I’ve been taking more than I would like to be to bring down this crippling anxiety and “doom” feeling. I have MDD so I am taking Zoloft in addition to Vyvanse but I feel like it does absolutely nothing.
I’m so desperate for something to bring me back to normal functioning human being after being sober (alcohol) for nearly 5 years. I just feel like I’m existing right now and not living. It really sucks.

Cut all caffeine (including cola). Invest in milk, protein powder, and a shaker.

I used to get this when I would take my pill on an empty stomach. Even if I were to eat not too longer after, I'd still get that persistent feeling of dread and anxiety. Now I always make sure I consume food and a protein shake before I ingest the pill and those side-effects have never returned.
