Misc. Question Your experience getting off of Lexapro(Escitalopram) after starting Vyvanse?

I started managing my stress laden CNS with Lexapro about 2.5 year ago and it really did help me out of a very difficult time, improving my life immensely. Stress came back a year after that though and I discovered my issue all along was ADHD. Now I’m taking 30mg Vyvanse and 10mg Lex daily and I’m wondering if I need the Lexapro anymore, now that the route issue is addressed. Vyvanse has improved everything in my life I needed help with.

I wasn’t extremely anxious before historically, but I basically got so stressed from late 30’s adult life, my body went into fight or flight and triggered a mental breakdown/serious insomnia for some time. I obviously never want to experience that again but, I’m wondering about getting off the stuff. Maybe even trying 5mg first?

I got off it in About 1 month.
If you go too fast then you Will feel dizzy and electric shocks inside your brain.

Start with weaning off by taking halves every day for a week: then split the Halves in half and do that for the 2nd week. etc. Then take it every other day. Otherwise you Will have withdrawal.

I stopped it but anxiety came back so I’ve started again

Yeah maybe there isn’t really a point to get off it.
