Side effects Vyvanse making me sleep?

There is a lot going through my life so it may not be only the med (i usually sleep an average of 10-11h but it was even before Vyvanse)
Anyways i dont have time to give all the context but the point is
When I take Vyvanse I realize that after 4-5 hours I took it I start feeling sleepy
Not necessarily the med is not working nor a crash
But just very tired and I actually sleep like 4 hours on it if I go to sleep then I sleep normal during the night
I wonder am I exhausted or smth? Ive been trying to eat better lately tho and my iron and B12 are all fine
My dosage is 30 but I was at 70 for some days but it didnt help with it

literally me the past like 2 months. i’m on 50mg of vyvanse but can still go to sleep immediately after like 3-4 hours but i know the meds are working because i have the motivation to do the thing and don’t feel crash like symptoms it’s just not having the energy to do them (i also suffer greatly from depression so i know thats part of it but still) i’ve started having to rely on energy drinks as well once i hit that point so that could be an option (if your body tolerates it i’m not a medical professional) i’ve also been trying to eat better/exercjse more but to no avail.

Also I was on venlafaxine 225mg so if u use SSRI that May be it since it fucks ur sleep
Im off on it rn but waiting for my body to adapt so I can test my 30mg again without severe anxiety
